TOCHIKURIGE
TOCHIKURIGE (dark-chestnut horse) is a thoroughbred horse of ultra-rare lineage. The beautiful amber color, reminiscent of the dark-chestnut horse, and the mellow taste are the signifying features of this SHOCHU. Recommended to enjoy on the rocks. As the ice melts, the alcohol content lessens gradually. That creates a soft and sensitive taste; this is a SHOCHU for grown-ups.
※We only use two-rowed barley grown in Kyushu
ETO SHOCHU
ETO SHOCHU production started in 2005 for the purpose of preserving an unblended SHOCHU for the year. “HEISEI MIYAZAKI Yeast” is used, which is excellent for proliferation and fermentation at high temperature as well as its high survival rate. Characteristics of this SHOCHU are the traditional Miyazaki SHOCHU taste which has been passed down through generations and its smooth and gentle taste. It is a popular gift and good luck charm.
